JEFFREY STAVROFF

Jeffrey Stavroff has a diverse background, which distinguishes him from his peers.  A native of Columbus, Ohio, Jeffrey is the owner and managing attorney of The Stavroff Law Firm, located in the historic Brewery District. 

Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s in music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, where he studied bass guitar performance and music business management. After working for music publishing companies and record labels, Jeffrey was inspired to attend law school.  Jeffrey returned to Columbus and attended the Capital University Law School, where he earned his law degree, served on the Law Review Executive Board, and graduated with honors. 

Jeffrey worked as a prosecuting attorney in the Columbus City Attorney’s Office, serving in both the trial unit and domestic violence unit. Jeffrey has also spent years as a criminal defense attorney representing clients charged with criminal offenses, ranging from minor traffic violations to major felony offenses. Jeffrey also represents individuals and organizations in a wide variety of business matters, ranging from simple contracts and business formation, to complex business transactions and ensuring compliance with liquor permitting laws.

Jeffrey leverages his diverse experience to provide litigation and transactional services for individuals and businesses — inside and outside of the courtroom.
